Suffolk Circle CIC is looking for talented, committed social entrepreneur to lead and deliver a successful adaptation and replication of the Circle model in Suffolk. As Managing Director, your primary objective is to build a transformative, sustainable social enterprise, lead the team and engage with stakeholders. You will be responsible for analysing opportunities to reach desired scale and for identifying critical revenue streams. You are someone who loves life at the ‘coal face’ of social entrepreneurship, and who can take on the set-up and running of all enterprise operations.
Suffolk Circle is an innovative membership organisation for people over 50 years of age. It connects members to each other to share interests and enjoy themselves, and to local, skilled people called Neighbourhood Helpers, who provide flexible help with a variety of practical tasks. Suffolk Circle was developed by Participle Ltd and has received three-year seed funding from Suffolk County Council.
