The Ministry of Stories is a creative writing and mentoring centre for young people in east London. It inspires 8-18 year olds through the power of storytelling and it all begins when visitors arrive and pass through Hoxton Street Monster Supplies, purveyor of household goods to every imaginable monster.
We are working hard to establish the shop, online and in store. Award-nominated for our design and No.34 in Time Outs top 100 London shops, we have great ambitions for the store. Youll gain a good understanding of the practical side of running a new social enterprise, design and production and volunteer management.

The largest provider of supported accommodation for homeless young people in London South of the Thames, we started work in 1861, so we are now celebrating our 150th anniversary.

Co-operative and Community Finance provide loan finance for co-operatives and community businesses. We are the longest established Community Development Finance Institution (CDFI) in the UK, successfully combining risk lending with financial sustainability.
We are looking for a new Financial Administrator to join our Bristol office and provide accounting, administrative and clerical support to the staff team within a social finance lending environment.
From our Head Office in central Bristol you will be at the heart of the organisation and the CDFI industry, and have an important role within the co-operative movement. You will be central to the delivery of our service package and administrative and information systems to the staff team, the Board of Trustees, borrowers and client organisations.
Applicants should have strong empathy with the co-operative sector and have the ability to provide comprehensive financial and accounting administrative support. Ideally you will be AAT qualified or have several years of relevant experience. You must also be familiar with developing and maintaining modern office systems and welcome the opportunity to join a small, well motivated and energetic team.
