Peter Holbrook, CEO
Peter joined the Coalition in January 2010. Prior to taking on this role Peter was CEO of the Sunlight Development Trust which is one of the UK's most dynamic and successful social enterprises and works to tackle long-standing health and social inequalities in the community.

Caroline Borge, Head of Communications
Caroline comes from a journalism background, and was until 2007 an associate producer at ABC News in the U.S. She worked primarily for longform programming and won a News Emmy for a documentary she co-produced about children growing up in poverty in America.

Katherine Harvey, Communications Officer
Katherine joins us following a three month communications internship at the Social Enterprise Coalition.

Pauline Milligan, Programme Manager (Ambassadors programme)
Pauline joined the Coalition after five years working for the overseas aid agency, CAFOD. She spent three years developing a new programme of activities with celebrity and high profile supporters, and two years organising fundraising and promotional events.

James Hughesdon, Office Manager
James joined the Coalition after working for two years as a business centre manager. During this time he also oversaw the founding and development of the charity EthosMLS.

Ceri Jones, Head of Policy
Ceri joined the Coalition from New South Wales Department of Health where she worked as a Senior Policy Officer. Prior to this she held policy and external relations roles at the Wellcome Trust and Marie Stopes International.

Richard joined the Coalition from openDemocracy.net where he worked as the Membership and Commercial Officer. His other recent work included managing the Australian Labor Party Abroad's 2007 online federal election campaign.

Mamoona Shah, Senior Events Manager
Mamoona has over six years events management experience. Before joining the Coalition, she managed events for an academic foreign affairs think-tank.

Saline Moore, Development Manager BAME Networks
Saline has done extensive research and study in the fields of small business and ethnic minorities at the University of Birmingham and is SFEDI (Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative) accredited. She also has business advisory experience from her previous role as a BAME specialist advisor. Outside of work, Saline is involved in and leads women's and community groups.
